Who has the legal right to Judea and Samaria?

Despite the common misconception among journalists covering the Arab-Israeli conflict, God did not create the world during the six days of the 1967 war, and starting that late in history distorts one’s understanding of the Middle East conflict. In determining what is the law governing Judea and Samaria, also known as the West Bank, let’s start from the beginning.

Until 1950, the name of the Jerusalem Post was THE PALESTINE POST; the journal of the Zionist Organization
of America was NEW PALESTINE; Bank Leumi was the ANGLO-PALESTINE BANK; the
Israel Electric Company was the PALESTINE ELECTRIC COMPANY; there was the PALESTINE FOUNDATION
FUND and the PALESTINE PHILHARMONIC. All these were Jewish organizations.

I‘m a Muslim, but I have to say it is a lot better now the Israeli’s have Jerusalem because before there was a lot of discrimination there against non Muslims and now people of all religions can peacefully worship there.
